Oconomowoc industrial building sold for $760,000
Dousman-based Scott D. Williams Trucking Inc. purchased a 32,940-square-foot industrial building, on a 9-acre property, at 1301 W. Second St., Oconomowoc from Sheboygan-based The Vollrath Company LLC for $760,000. Jeff Hoffman of Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates brokered the deal. Vollrath vacated the building 3 years ago when it consolidated operations with a facility in Menomonee Falls. Scott Williams Trucking will use the facility as warehouse space for customer fulfillment purposes, Hoffman said.
