Former ESI building sold for $1.05 million
The former headquarters building for Environmental Systems Inc. (ESI) was recently sold for $1.05 million to Minnetonka, Minn.-based Olympic Companies Inc.
The 15,000-square-foot building is located at W223 N603 Saratoga Dr. in the City of Pewaukee. It was sold by a pair of former ESI co-owners. Pewaukee-based Judson & Associates represented the sellers in brokering the deal.
ESI recently moved its headquarters to a new, 34,000-square-foot building that was built at 3410 Gateway Road in the Gateway West Commerce Center in Brookfield. ESI is leasing most of the building from Brookfield-based Hunzinger Construction Co., which an option to purchase sometime in the future.
Olympic Companies plans to move its operations from space it leases at 17150 W. Pheasant Dr., Brookfield, to the former ESI building in Pewaukee.
