James T. Barry Co.
Lyle Fettig has purchased the 20,570-square-foot industrial building at 2050 Constitution Ave., Hartford, from Hartford Savings Bank. The buyer, Dadson Corp., will move into the facility.
Paul Glapinski has purchased the 6,755-square-foot industrial building at 530 Norton Dr. in the Hartland Industrial Park, Hartland, from Susan and Gary Rechcygl. Glapinski will move his business, PJ’s Plumbing, into the building and is leasing excess space to another tenant. The sellars are consolidating their operation in a smaller facility.
Gregory Gent has purchased the 4,100-square-foot industrial building at 2200 S. Austin St., Milwaukee, from Brad Babor. Gent will expand his business in the facility. The seller purchased a 12,800-square-foot building.

Boerke Co.
Six acres of land at 5133 S. Whitnall Ave., Cudahy, for $200,000, purchased by the City of Cudahy from Steve Awve.
Inland Companies
FS Future Enterprises purchased the Free Enterprise Building at 3868 N. Fratney St., Milwaukee.
West Bay Properties purchased 4.706 acres of land on Mequon Road.
Marcus & Millichap
The 29-unit Silver Creek Apartments, built in 1975 on three acres of land at 2160 W. Washington Ave., West Bend, listed at $1.95 million, was acquired by a Milwaukee-based private investment partnership.
NAI MLG Commercial
Stonepine Inc. has purchased a property at 10920 W. Burleigh St., Wauwatosa. The property was sold by Great Lakes Investors III for $615,000. The purchase was an investment for Stonepine Inc. The building is leased by Wendy’s/Junior Bridgeman Foods. Wendy’s will remain at the location.

Progressive Insurance leased 5,528 square feet of office space at 9020 76th St., Pleasant Prairie, and leased 5,485 square feet of office space at East Mequon Corp. Center V.
Panos Fresh Produce leased 7,026 square feet of warehouse space at 3700 N. Fratney, Milwaukee.
Fortis leased a 2,712 square foot office space at Executive Center III, at 125 N. Executive Dr., Brookfield.
NAI MLG Commercial
Commercial Holdings Inc., has leased 4,000 square feet of space at S84 W18760 Enterprise Dr., Muskego to Viking Services. Viking Services chose the space due to the proximity to its previous location on Saturn Drive in Muskego. The company provides carpet- and blind-cleaning services.
Interstate Bearing Technologies, a division of Interstate Companies, 4,992 square foot space at 2325 Parklawn Dr. in Waukesha, from MLG Capital.
Blacksmith Distributing Inc. has leased 2,000 square feet of space at 4396 S. Kansas Ave., St. Francis, from Megal Development Corp.
Ogden & Co.
4,043 square feet in the Lexington Square Building, 11649 N. Port Washington Rd., Mequon, a five-year lease by Endeavor Therapy, a pulmonary rehabilitation, physical therapy, and respiratory care services firm.

Hudson Highland Group, a retained executive search firm, has opened a new location at 6980 N. Port Washington Rd. in Glendale.
Aurora Behavioral Health has opened a new location at 6980 N. Port Washington Rd., Glendale.
Towne Realty
560 square feet of office space at 633 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, for Schmitz Law Office.
The David Group has leased approximately 900 square feet of office space at Park Plaza, 15850 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield. The company, based in Cleveland, is an advertising agency specializing in recruitment marketing.
