Ehlers Inc., a financial advisory firm for public sector clients, purchased a 19,985-square-foot office building at N21 W23350 Ridgeview Parkway in the City of Pewaukee from entrepreneur Norm Yerke for $2.825 million.
Rogers Memorial plans $12 million Brown Deer hospital
Rogers Memorial Hospital plans to convert and expand its Brown Deer outpatient facility into a 56-bed inpatient behavior health hospital. The estimated cost of the project is $12 million, according to Brown Deer Community Development Director Nate Piotrowski.
