The Better Business Bureau is warning timeshare owners who are trying to sell or rent their timeshares to beware of a Las Vegas-based company, City Resorts, after two Wisconsin residents lost almost $3,500 in an alleged scam.

Chris and Joey Butzen, the owners of Milwaukee based Great Lakes Friction Products, have purchased the assets of Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction Inc., which had closed its doors in Logansport, Ind., late in 2010.

SABMiller Plc, the London-based parent company of MillerCoors, confirmed it will acquire Foster’s Group Ltd. with a sweetened offer of $9.9 billion for Australia’s biggest brewer.
