Officials from the Chicago Bulls and Mayor Rahm Emanuel today confirmed that the team’s new Chicago practice facility will be built just east of the United Center.
Bulls’ owner Jerry Reinsdorf agreed to move the center from Deerfield several months ago at the strong urging of Emanuel. The new facility is expected to be about 55,000 square feet, and is scheduled to open in time for the 2014-2015 season.
