What does your daily or weekly fitness regime consist of? I cycle approximately 100 miles per week for most of my workouts.I also run around 10 miles per week and do yoga three times a week.
What fitness clubs do you belong to, if any? I have been a member of Bally’s since 1986.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life? Regular exercise helps me focus and offers the opportunity to step back and reflect.
