Milwaukee-based Zilber Property Group is working on plans to build additional speculative industrial buildings in New Berlin and Pleasant Prairie.
In Pleasant Prairie, the company is wrapping up construction of a speculative industrial building at the southwest corner of 95th Street and Green Bay Road. The company’s next Pleasant Prairie building will be built just to the south of that one, with 100,000 to 175,000 square feet of space.
