BizTimes Morning Headlines: Walmart still trying to build store in downtown Green Bay

Aiming to “restart a dialogue,” Walmart is asking Green Bay city officials to consider a retooled proposal for a superstore to be built in the city’s downtown Broadway shopping district.

Company representatives have privately huddled with City Council members in recent days to discuss a store concept that remains more than 150,000 square feet in size, but with some cosmetic alterations.
