Bentley World Packaging Ltd. recently leased the 360,000-square-foot distribution building at 5211 S. 3rd St., Milwaukee, from Benderson Properties Inc. Kevin Barry, Kenneth Braden and Kurt Van Dyke, all of Cassidy Turley Barry, brokered the deal.
This is the second major lease deal near the airport this year for Bentley. The company also leased 125,000 square feet of space at 10001 S. Howell Ave. in Oak Creek earlier this year. Bentley World Packaging is a provider of export and military packaging and distribution services. The company has benefited from rising export levels as the manufacturing sector has recovered and the weak U.S. dollar has boosted exports.
