The West Allis Towne Center shopping center was sold to a Georgia-based investment company for $30 million, according to state records. Octave Holdings and Investments, which is a privately held real estate investment company that focuses on commercial real estate, specifically targeting grocery-anchored and shadow-anchored retail centers, purchased the property from New York City-based KPR
