A short drive south from Sheboygan’s Harbor Centre and downtown districts, you’ll find Al & Al’s Steinhaus on 1502 S. 12th St., serving German and American food, along with tasty taps of German barley pop.
Al & Al’s has been family owned and operated since 1961, when Alfons Lessel and Alois Hoffmann decided to buy what was once a coffee house and bar, calling their place Al & Al’s because they figured Alfons and Alois would be too hard to remember.
