Menomonee Falls-based Creative Constructors LLC filed a lawsuit against Milwaukee County in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, citing repeated delays and improper rejections of payments due for construction work that the company performed on the renovation of Concourse D at General Mitchell International Airport. The company is seeking $114,000 from the county.
