Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Co. recently completed construction of the new 43,000-square-foot We Energies Services Center at the corner of Lilly and Warren streets in Menononee Falls. The developer for the project was Milwaukee-based Cobalt Partners. Selzer-Ornst also recently completed construction of medical laboratory space at the Blood Research Institute in Wauwatosa.
