New construction

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a 120,000-square-foot distribution center for American Tire Distributors Inc. on Mahn Court in the Oak Creek Commerce Center in Oak Creek.

Racine-based Bukacek Construction recently completed a 48,000-square-foot addition for Air Flow Technology at 4810 70th Ave. in Kenosha. The expansion includes 5 new docks, additional warehousing space, manufacturing space, shipping/receiving space, offices and an employee lunchroom.
