Tenants added at 234 Florida
Pieper Properties announced that Tailored Salon has opened in the 234 Florida building at 234 W. Florida St. in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Tailored Salon occupies about 1,700 square feet on the first floor. Marianne Burish of Siegel-Gallagher represented 234 Florida; Josh Minkin of Alpine Commercial represented Tailored Salon. In addition, Cyber Graphics LLC recently leased 2,900 square feet of space on the second floor of the building. Cyber Graphics is a privately owned trade shop with locations in Memphis, Cleveland, Neenah, Wis. and Milwaukee. Marianne Burish of Siegel-Gallagher represented both 234 Florida and Cyber Graphics.

Oak Creek site near 27th and Rawson sold for $3.6 million
Vancouver, Wash.-based Boyland Properties Oak Creek LLC recently purchased a 12.7-acre site at 7008 S. 27th St., northeast of 27th and Rawson Avenue, in Oak Creek, from Madison-based John G. Gonis Real Estate Limited Partnership for $3.6 million, according to state records.

New Berlin property sold for $3.2 million
New Berlin-based Gamay Holdings LLC recently purchased the 6.6-acre property at 17100 W. Ryerson Road in New Berlin from an affiliate of James Luterbach Construction Co. for $3.2 million, according to state records.

New Berlin property sold for $1.2 million
New Berlin-based James J. Krahn and Helen R. Krahn Family Trust of 2002 recently purchased the property at 13000 W. Beloit Road, New Berlin, from Milwaukee-based Four SRS LLC for $1.2 million, according to state records.
