Milwaukee-based Park Bank will host a series of seminars and workshops for business owners interested in learnings about exit strategies and acquisition opportunities.
The series, Working on Your Business, will offer insights on business valuation, increasing value and marketability, current market multiples, a due diligence checklist, pitfalls to avoid, transitioning a business to the next generation and selling a business to a management group.
The seminars are complimentary to business owners with $1 to $50 million in revenue. The first seminar, How to Maximize Your Company’s Exit Value, will be held on May 13 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Milwaukee Athletic Club, 758 N. Broadway in Milwaukee.
