Hakaduli Properties LLC recently purchased a 43,000-square-foot multi-tenant, industrial building at 2350-60 Dakota Dr., Grafton, from Westbury Bank for $1.9 million.
Hakaduli was represented by Brian Parrish of The Dickman Company and Westbury Bank was represented by Alex Kasun of Gerald Nell Inc.
The building is fully leased. Its anchor tenant is DentaQuest.
“It was a very attractive deal with a quality tenant,” Parrish said.
