Today is the final day to register for the BizTimes Commercial Real Estate & Development Conference, which will take place Thursday, Nov. 1, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Potawatomi Bingo Casino in Milwaukee.
This year’s conference will be a “Developer’s Fantasy Camp.” Three developers will present their dream projects for Milwaukee: Gary Grunau, president of Milwaukee-based Grucon Group; Bob Monnat, partner and chief operating officer of Mandel Group; and Blair Williams, owner of Milwaukee-based WiRED Properties.
The developers will make the case for community support for each of their dream projects to judges at the conference. The judges will include: Mark Eppli, interim James H. Keyes Dean of Business Administration and Robert B. Bell Sr. Chair in Real Estate at Marquette University; Andrew Weiland, managing editor of BizTimes Milwaukee; and Jim Villa, president and CEO of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).
