The city of Stevens Point will receive $80,000 from Marshfield Clinic, which violated terms of a development agreement, and intends to use a portion of that money to clean up the site of the former CenterPoint Marketplace where a parking lot will go.
The Community Development Authority approved the settlement agreement between the city and Marshfield Clinic on Thursday, as well as how the funds would be spent.
