Brian Bozek has been named vice president and central region district manager at Brookfield-based North Shore Bank.
Bozek, who graduated from Columbia Southern University and has worked at North Shore for nearly two years, was previously branch manager for the bank’s Burlington branch.
In his new role, Bozek will be tasked with overseeing branch operations and providing leadership, training and supervision to branch managers and staff; building relationships with customers and developing new business; and assisting with community events on behalf of the bank.
“Through hard work and dedication, Brian helped his team receive 2014 Branch of the Year honors,” said Craig Witz, vice president of retail banking for North Shore Bank. “His leadership and customer service skills are top-notch and we are proud to have him as a part of the North Shore Bank team.”
North Shore Bank has assets of more than $1.7 billion and 47 eastern Wisconsin branches.
