Sheboygan Falls-based Bemis Manufacturing Co. announced today the appointment of James Feiertag as president and chief executive officer.
Feiertag assumes the role formerly held by Richard Bemis, who served as acting interim chief executive officer since October 2013, following the passing of longtime chief executive officer Peter Bemis.
Feiertag comes to Bemis from Racine-based Twin Disc Inc., where he served most recently as executive vice president with responsibility for European and Asian operations, as well as global sourcing. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master’s degree in business administration from Marquette University.
Bemis manufactures bathroom products, custom plastics, health care products and precision parts.
