Hofman, who has been with the agency for nearly two years, previously served as administrative assistant. Hofman will also continue to serve the agency’s social media team.

AILCO Equipment Finance Group Inc., based in Waukesha, promoted Mark Sorensen to vice president. Sorensen previously was operations manager. The company also hired Joyce Gorman as business development manager.

Mortenson Construction has expanded its Milwaukee-area operations with several new employees. The company has added Brad Tennie as a project manager on its Kohl’s Corporate Support Center project in Menomonee Falls; Ryan Wilkinson as a superintendent on the Uline Distribution Center project team in Pleasant Prairie; Brett Kash as a field engineer on the Kohl’s Corporate Support Center project; Mike Anthony as a field engineer on the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Center for Advanced Care project in Wauwatosa; Rose Hebein as a graphic designer; Erin Umhoefer as an assistant marketing coordinator; Debbie Dooley as a project administrative assistant on the ProHealth Care D.N. Josh Halvorsen, project engineer, and Ryan Olsen, safety engineer, joined Mortenson Construction’s Milwaukee office. Halvorsen will be based at the Acuity corporate headquarters expansion project in Sheboygan. He has more than four years of experience in the construction industry and, prior to joining Mortenson Construction, worked at Kiewit Power construction. Olsen will be based at the Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin Center for Advanced Care project in Wauwatosa. Olsen is a certified occupational health and safety technologist and previously worked at J.F. Brennan, Gundersen Health System, and Fowler & Hammer, Inc.

ActionCOACH of Elm Grove added Ryan Doerr and Rebecca Heidepriem as business coaches and welcomed Samone Pendleton to its marketing team. Doerr has more than 20 years of experience in consulting business owners, executives and sales personnel on strategies to drive success and growth. Heidepriem has more than 26 years of experience in executive leadership roles at large public companies and in the public sector. Pendleton’s career has spanned industries from automotive to finance.
Trissential recently promoted Dave Melbye to general manager in its Wisconsin branch. Melbye has been with the company since August 2013 and previously served as a delivery director. His career includes close to 30 years of experience providing solutions for business and informational technology needs. He has held leadership and consulting positions at the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, the Government Finance Officers Association, and AmeriData.

Brookfield-based Exhibit Systems has added Brian Magliocco as an account executive. Magliocco has a decade of experience in building relationships, coordinating events and developing educational programming.

The TransCenter for Youth Inc., of Milwaukee, appointed Janet Peshek its first director of fund development. Peshek has more than 20 years of related experience. In her new role, she will guide the organization’s fund development and public relations initiatives. She will be responsible for creating relationships and opportunities with corporations, foundations, public and private organizations, faith communities, individuals and other community entities.
Engineering
The Sigma Group Inc., based in Milwaukee, hired John Holcombe as a staff engineer in the Geosciences Department. Holcombe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013 with bachelor’s degrees in geological engineering and geology and geophysics.

Columbia St. Mary’s West Allis Medical Clinic added Dr. Elizabeth Yardley, who is board certified in family medicine. Yardley’s clinical interests include treating chronic adult conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. She works with patients of all ages and has a particular interest in pediatric patients and women.
Fitness Revolution Brookfield added Jeni Manago as a personal trainer and office coordinator. Manago has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for seven years. She also has eight years of experience in administrative functions. In her role at Fitness Revolution Brookfield, Manago will advise clients on metabolic training and will also be responsible for administrative tasks in customer service, scheduling, business development and office operations.
Newcastle Place, of Mequon, appointed Jennifer Sutherland community life service director. Sutherland has 12 years of experience in human services roles catering to individuals, families and organizations. At Newcastle Place, she will plan, coordinate and lead activities and programming for residents. Her position will address the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational, social, physical and environmental needs of the community’s residents.

Robertson Ryan & Associates Inc. added Daniel Lau as manager of commercial insurance placement and rating in Milwaukee. Prior to joining the agency, Lau was a commercial lines underwriter with West Bend Insurance and a territory manager with Liberty Mutual.
Interior Design
Creative Business Interiors, headquartered in Milwaukee, hired Leona Knobloch-Nelson as an account executive. Knobloch-Nelson’s career in design has included serving as a tenured associate professor at Mount Mary University and serving as partner at Knobloch Nelson Architects. The company also recently added Rachel Eggert to its staff of furniture project managers. Eggert will select and specify furniture projects and schedule and manage installations, among other responsibilities.

Johnson previously worked for Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky, S.C., and has represented and counseled employers in labor and employment law for 25 years. His focus areas have included employment discrimination, restrictive covenant and non-compete litigation, employer best practices, family and medical leave issues, workplace safety, and wage and hour disputes.
Walny Legal Group LLC, a boutique law firm in Milwaukee, recently added Megann Hendrix to the firm. Hendrix is well versed in real estate planning, elder and family law. Part of her practice is focused on advising families and individuals on Medicaid asset planning and eligibility in the pre-planning and crisis planning stages. Herker Industries, located in Menomonee Falls, appointed David Barta vice president of business development. Barta has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device and technology industries. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s team of business development professionals and will also grow the company’s client relationships in its Engineered Medical Technologies and Engineered Assemblies divisions.
Menomonee Falls-based Global Precision Industries Inc. has named Jon Hitt head of its global sales division as the company works to grow new revenue streams. Hitt previously was president and chief operations officer at TexelQ Engineering. At Global Precision Industries, he will be responsible for creating and expanding customer relationships around the world in new product development, right shoring production and implementation.
LIFE Corp., of Milwaukee, has promoted Carly Statza to sales and marketing director. Statza has worked for LIFE for more than two years. In her elevated role, she will be responsible for the company’s sales efforts and will work to develop relations with new distributors as well as enhance relations between current distributor clients and the company’s sales representatives. She will also oversee marketing initiatives and material production and will handle customer and distributor services. Additionally, Statza will provide support to mergers and acquisitions activity.

Capture Marketing, of Pewaukee, has added Kelsey Palm as marketing coordinator, a position in which she will help clients with design and publicity projects. Palm graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in media design in May.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee named Andre Goode vice president of operations and programs. Goode previously spent five years at COA Youth & Family Centers, most recently serving as senior director of programs. His career has also included work with youth at Head Start in Rockford, Ill., and Lakeside Treatment an d Learning Center in Kalamazoo, Mich. In his new position, he will lead operations at all club locations, including five new sites. Goode will handle program development and implementation, staff development and budget management.

M|GROUP Holdings Inc., a Brookfield-based commercial property and facility management company, appointed Marla McKenna director of marketing. McKenna has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, writing and graphic design. At M|GROUP Holdings, she will head marketing efforts and will handle strategic planning, digital marketing campaigns, market research, community relations and public relations.
