Downtown West Bend accredited as national Main Street program
The Downtown West Bend Association has been accredited as a 2008 national Main Street program, for meeting the commercial district revitalization performance standards set by the Nation Trust Main Street Center. The Downtown West Bend Association joins more than 675 Main Street revitalization programs being recognized as 2008 national main street programs.

Irgens moves HQ to new building
Wauwatosa-based Irgens Development Partners LLC announced that on Monday it has relocated its corporate headquarters from 10201 W. Innovation Drive to the five-story, 165,000-square-foot Mayfair Woods Business and Technology Center that it built at 10700 Research Drive. Both buildings are in the Milwaukee County Research Park.

Sports complex project seeking financing
Spire Capital Advisors announced that it is advising the owners of Engage, LLC in the sourcing of investment capital for a multi -purpose sports complex that it plans to build in Sussex. Engage plans to build a 130,000-square-foot multi-purpose sports complex for youth, adults, and seniors. Debt financing has been secured. The company is seeking an equity investment to be used for the acquisition of land, building, equipment, and operations. A portion of the ownership of Engage, LLC will be made available to investors.
