What does your daily or weekly fitness regimen consist of?
Rock climbing 2-3 times/week. Treadmill or outdoor walk 3-4 times/week. XC skiing 1-2 times/month (winter). Biking or roller blading 1-2 times/week (summer).

Adventure Rock Climbing gym in Pewaukee, WI.
Other than the obvious health benefits, how has being fit improved your life?
It has made me physically, emotionally and spiritually stronger.
How does personal fitness affect your work life?
Physical health contributes to emotional and spiritual health. When all are in line and at high levels, I can focus more on the things that really matter such as work and family.

No
What health/wellness organizations do you contract with, if any?
None – we are a very small organization.
How does fitness or wellness affect your overall organization?
As a company that creates children’s environments, focusing on natural outdoor ones, we all enjoy the benefits of working and playing outdoors and staying healthy while doing it.
What advice do you have for other executives interested in starting either a personal fitness plan or corporate wellness initiative?
Consider the many ways to support employee’s health and wellness. Everyone has different interests and different barriers. There is no one plan for everyone. Flexibility in employee practices makes meeting individual staff needs more possible.
