Scott Revolinski will be installed as the new president of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) on Oct. 19 at the Ozaukee Country Club.
Revolinski brings more than 21 years of real estate experience to CARW. He most recently was one of the co-founders of RFP Commercial Inc. in Milwaukee. Prior to forming RFP Commercial, Revolinski was a partner with The Polacheck Co., acting as senior vice president of the Investment Properties Group. He has acted as a real estate advisor to numerous real estate investors nationwide and has been instrumental in assisting several large corporations with sale/leasebacks.
Revolinski has completed transactions totaling more than $550 million in volume over the last 5 years.
He was named the CARW’s "Realtor of the Year" in 2003.
"The industry remains strong. The soft sector was industrial, but it also appears to have improved substantially in the last 6 months. The CARW’s job is too make it easier for its members to do their job more effectively and with less red tape," Revolinski told SBT.
Revolinski will succeed Thomas Bernacchi as President of CARW. Bernacchi is vice president and director of the commercial division for Towne Realty Inc. in Milwaukee.
In addition Revolinski, the other new CARW officers to be installed in October include: president-elect, Scott Welsh, president of Inland Cos.; secretary, Andrew Jensen Jr. of Grubb & Ellis/The Boerke Co.; and treasurer, Barry Chavin of NAI/MLG Commercial.
The CARW’s newly elected directors are: Dan Rosenfeld of Mid-America Real Estate Group; Scott Furmanski of The Polacheck Co./CB Richard Ellis; and John Divall of Liberty Property Trust.
The officers and directors will begin their term Oct. 1.
