Whyte Hirschboek appoints new shareholders

Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. announced that Lydia Chartre, Daniel La Fave, Timothy Posnanski, and Barbara Zabawa have been elected shareholders.

Chartre is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group in both the firm’s Milwaukee and Madison offices, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of condominium law and homeowners association (HOA) law, commercial litigation and collections, and creditors’ rights.
La Fave is a member of the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office, where he is the leader of the firm’s Appellate Team and co-leader of the Product Liability Litigation & Risk Avoidance Team.

Posnanski is a member of the Litigation Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office, where he is the co-leader of the Real Estate & Eminent Domain Litigation Team.

Zabawa is the leader of the Health Care Law Team and works out of the firm’s Madison office, where she practices health care and business litigation.
