58-room hotel at Highway 45 and Paradise Drive

The 58-room Country Inn & Suites hotel in West Bend was sold recently for about $1.5 million, according to state records.
The three-story hotel building is located at 2000 Gateway Ct., southeast of U.S. Highway 45 and West Paradise Drive.
The hotel was purchased by West Bend Lodging Inc. from Orono, Minn.-based HW West Bend Properties LLC. The registered agent for West Bend Lodging Inc. is Vithal Patel.
