Yet another Walmart store has been proposed in southeastern Wisconsin.
A 115,000-square-foot Walmart store has been proposed for the northwest corner of Highway 31 and 4 Mile Road in Caledonia. Anchored Commercial Development is the developer for the project.
“We are very, very early in the process,” said Wal-Mart spokeswoman Lisa Nelson. “We want to work with the village and the community to create a store that fits for them.”
The Caledonia store is one of several Walmart stores that has been proposed in southeastern Wisconsin. Walmart also plans to open two stores in Milwaukee, two stores in Kenosha, two stores in Menomonee Falls and stores in South Milwaukee and Greendale.
