The condo has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and has an assessed value of $1,563,600 according to city records.
It was sold by John C. and Joanne K. Fowler of Marco Island, Florida to Joseph W. and Ellen C. Checota, according to state records.
John Fowler is a board member for Sussex-based Quad/Graphics Inc. and was the company’s vice chairman and executive vice president of global strategy and corporate development from 2014-17.
Joseph Checota is the co-owner and executive chairman of Milwaukee-based Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC.
The condo was last sold in 2006 for $1.2 million, according to city records.
The University Club Tower is a 36-story, 53-unitÂ
luxury condo building at 825 N. Prospect Ave. that was completed in 2007 and developed by Mandel Group. It is the tallest residential building in the state.
