A condo in the University Club Tower at 825 N. Prospect Ave. near the lakefront in downtown Milwaukee recently sold for $2.2 million, according to state records. The condo has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and has an assessed value of $1,563,600 according to city records. It was sold by John C. and Joanne K.
