The Six Points Apartments are attractive because of their location in downtown West Allis near the cityโ€™s farmers market, with close proximity to downtown Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and the freeway, Askotzky said.

โ€œWe think itโ€™s a great area, we think itโ€™s a great property,โ€ he said. โ€œWe think the Six Points area is an exciting neighborhood. Weโ€™re getting great feedback from existing and potential tenants. Weโ€™re glad to add it ot our portfolio. Itโ€™s just a great location.โ€
