The new corporate office and distribution facility in Germantown for Discount Ramps
has been sold to a Boston-based real estate investment trust for $14.1 million, according to state records.
The 162,230-square-foot building, located on a 17.4-acre site at N102 W19400 Willow Creek Way in the Willow Creek Business Park, was sold by an affiliate of Milwaukee-based Weas Development
to an affiliate of Boston-based STAG Industrial Inc.
Founders 3 principals Andy Hess and Bob Flood represented Weas Development on the transaction.
The building, developed by Weas
, will replace the Discount Ramps headquarters in West Bend. Construction of the building is nearly complete and the company is partially moved in to the new building, a Discount Ramps sales representative said today.
