Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa is a full-service nail salon that also features facials and body waxing. The company currently has 27 locations in 10 states and is planning to open eight new spas next year, including its first in Wisconsin.
“We are pleased to welcome Anthony Vince’ Nail Spa as this provides yet another unique experience for visitors to The Corners of Brookfield,” said Jay Eck, vice president of Bradford Real Estate Services Corp., which is the development manager for The Corners. “Securing five first-time retailers to the state demonstrates the appeal and exclusive environment being created at The Corners.”
The Corners of Brookfield, located at I-94 and Barker Road in the Town of Brookfield, is a 750,000-square-foot mixed use development scheduled to open in spring 2017.
The project is being developed by Brookfield Corners LLC, an affiliate of IM Properties and Bradford Real Estate. When complete, it will include 400,000-square-feet of retail and restaurant space, anchored by a 140,000-square-foot Von Maur department store and a 30,000-square-foot Sendik’s Food Market. The complex also will include 244 luxury apartment homes and parking for more than 1,700 cars.
Announced retailers include Anthropologie, Arhaus, Café Hollander, Evereve, Francesca’s, Free People, lululemon athletica, L.L.Bean, Paper Source, Scout and Molly’s, and Twigs.
