Previously, Schlitz worked for Illinois Tool Works as an executive vice president for its Automotive OEM segment. She worked for ITW for 14 years. Before that, Schlitz spent seven years at Siemens Energy & Automation, most recently as the business manager for emerging businesses in its Residential Product Division.
