Rockwell adds 50,000-square-foot green roof at HQ
Rockwell Automation this week held a grand opening ceremony to celebrate the completion of a 50,000-square-foot green roof on top of its corporate headquarters at 1201 S. 2nd St., Milwaukee. The Metropolitan Milwaukee Sewerage District (MMSD) provided a $800,000 grant for the green roof, because the green roof is expected to reduce the amount of stormwater that gets into the city’s sewer system.

A 13,225-square-foot CVS Pharmacy is planned for the former Griffin Dodge Mitsubishi dealership site at N83 W15474 Appleton Ave., Menomonee Falls.

New office building for Social Security Administration in West Bend
George Mueller plans to build a 6,555-square-foot office building on a vacant, half-acre lot at 1145 Vern St. in West Bend, which he will lease to the Social Security Administration (SSA). The SSA currently leases a 5,400-square-foot office building that Mueller owns at 712 Park Ave. in West Bend.

Anytime Fitness planned in Wauwatosa
Franchisee John Mathie plans to open an Anytime Fitness fitness center in a 5,500-square-foot space at 8939 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa.
