Airgas buys site for Germantown facility
Radnor, Pa.-based Airgas Inc. recently purchased an 18-acre site in Germantown, where it plans to build a 253,263-square-foot office and distribution center. The company paid $1.58 million to purchase the site, located at the southwest corner of Mequon Road and Eisenhower Drive in the Germantown Business Park, from the Village of Germantown, according to state records.
Retail building planned on Moorland in New Berlin
The Redmond Company plans to demolish two homes at 1615 W. Churchview and 3705 S. Moorland Road in New Berlin to build a 4,800-square-foot retail building and to add a drive-thru window to the Starbucks at 15600 N. National Ave.
Ace Hardware store opens in Milwaukee
Lisbon Avenue Ace Hardware opened recently at 8325 W. Lisbon Ave. in the City of Milwaukee’s Kops Park neighborhood. Lisbon Avenue Ace Hardware is the second store opened by local resident and owner Joanie LeDonne.
Orangetheory Fitness to open studio in Brookfield
Orangetheory Fitness, a group interval fitness concept, will open its only Wisconsin fitness studio location on Friday, May 2, at 15375 W. Bluemound Road, in Brookfield.
DSHA to break ground for construction project
Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, located at 4257 N. 100th St. in Milwaukee, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, May 1, to celebrate the start of construction work to build a new chapel and campus ministry center, a music suite, an alumnae commons and a health, wellness, athletic and academic center. The existing gymnasium at the school will be demolished as part of the project.
