A 75,000-square-foot industrial building at 1175 Cottonwood Ave. in Hartland, occupied by Price Engineering, was sold recently to a Madison real estate firm for $5.775 million, according to state records.
Madison-based The Carey Group Real Estate Services LLC purchased the building from Milwaukee-based Pricepenn Properties LLC.
Price Engineering is an engineering and distribution company that serves mobile and industrial markets. The firm specializes in engineered custom products and solutions through engineering resource management, research, planning and development in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation and electrical systems.
The change of ownership of the building will not affect the company, said Joe Konyn, chief executive officer of Price Engineering.
