Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Vanderpoel was a principal with a Waukesha-based mergers & acquisitions firm. Vanderpoel has significant experience in the Milwaukee investment banking community.

Brookfield-based Bader Rutter & Associates has added two new associates to its team. Gardner Hatch has joined the agency’s public relations department as a group leader. He has more than 20 years of experience leading campaigns for agricultural, chemical, industrial and other business-to-business companies. Dan Wolf has been hired as a senior production manager. Wolf has more than 14 years of production experience.

Meyer & Wallis has named Tod Kinunen as chief financial officer. He has nearly twenty years of financial experience within the advertising industry and brings a high level of technology and financial planning knowledge to the position. Meyer & Wallis has office locations in Milwaukee and in Indianapolis, Ind.

Arts & Entertainment

The Milwaukee Art Museum added three new employees to its staff at Café Calatrava, its onsite restaurant and catering company. Tony Bilot, sales and events manager, will oversee weddings and social events for the museum. Mike Mahan, catering manager for Café Calatrava, has more than 14 years of restaurant and catering experience and Josh Stefanko, has been promoted to Chef de Cusine for Café Calatrava.

Banking & Finance

U.S. Bancorp Fund Services LLC, Milwaukee, has named Angie Pingel vice president and legal compliance officer. She has more than 15 years of experience in the mutual fund and general securities industry. Pingel rejoined U.S. Bancorp Fund Services after serving as vice president and securities counsel at a registered investment adviser where she also served as secretary of a $10 billion mutual fund complex. From 2004 to 2007, Pingel was a senior member of the U.S. Bancorp Fund Services legal administration department.

Latrice Young has been promoted to branch manager of WaterStone Bank’s Franklin branch. She has been employed by WaterStone since 2001 and held the position of assistant branch manager for the Wauwatosa branch since 2005.

Johnson Bank, Racine, has named John Griffith vice president commercial relationship manager. Johnson Bank and Johnson Insurance Services are both part of Johnson Financial Group, the $5 billion financial services company. Griffith has been an associate at Johnson Bank for nearly seven years. Previously, he held the positions of vice president commercial relationship manager in the bank’s Arizona region and market president for the Burlington location.

Joann M. Eisenhart has been named an executive officer and vice president of human resources of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., Milwaukee. Eisenhart previously served as senior vice president – human resources with Pfizer Inc.

Wells Fargo Advisors LLC has named David Moxom, Debra Stefl and Max Stoka first vice president investment officers in the firm’s Brookfield office. Doug Chellevold, also in the Brookfield office, has been named associate vice president-investment officer and Chris Crain has been named associate vice president-investment officer in the firm’s Mequon office.

Port Washington State Bank has added Roberta Campbell as vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Grafton location. Sharon Irwin, former manager at the bank’s Grafton office, has been promoted to vice president of mortgage lending and Joel Dykstra, a former mortgage lender, has been promoted to assistant vice president of business banking and will join the bank’s commercial lending staff at the Port Washington office.

Consulting

Reserve Advisors Inc., Milwaukee, has hired Jacob Bolda, architectural engineer and David Krahn, civil engineer.

Education

Daniel Scholz has been named the next dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee. Scholz joined Stritch’s religious studies faculty in 2004 and has been chair of the department since 2007. He also serves as president of the faculty senate and council and executive director of the Saint Clare Center for Catholic Life, which provides education and formation to lay Catholics who seek to grow in faith and service. He succeeds Sister Mary Ann Polasek.

Insurance

Pewaukee-based Integrated Risk Solutions has added Freddy Almonte as its newest account manager. He has more than 17 years of experience in group benefits, dental, vision, life, HRA and flex accounts among other areas of expertise.

Legal Services

Christopher Banaszak has been named chair of Milwaukee-based Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C.’s labor and employment practice. He has more than 15 years of experience as a labor attorney and litigator.

The law firm of Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Milwaukee, has added Gary Lisiecki as a labor relations strategist as a part of the firm’s collective bargaining and labor relations team. He has more than 40 years of experience in collective bargaining and labor relations as a former commissioner for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in Wisconsin.

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP, Milwaukee, has added Nathaniel Cade Jr. and Matthew Fricker to the firm as litigation partners, and Bethany McCurdy has been promoted to partner in the firm’s employment group.

Manufacturing

Pflow Industries Inc., Milwaukee, has hired Mark Maxwell as a new project manager. Maxwell has 15 years of production management experience, serving as a liaison between engineering and sales functions with an emphasis in inventory and supply chain control. In addition to 12 years at Rotork Process Controls with positions of increasing responsibility, Maxwell served as a production control supervisor at Milwaukee Gear.

Joe Dalum, president and chief executive officer of Odyne Systems LLC, Waukesha, has been named vice president of the Green Truck Association.

Nonprofit

The Greater Milwaukee Foundation has hired Kathryn Dunn, a community investment officer at the Helen Bader Foundation in Milwaukee, as its new vice president of community investment. Dunn spent the past 14 years at the Bader Foundation, where she specialized in community and economic development and workforce issues.

Jacklyn Mortenson has joined Milwaukee-based Gilda’s Club Southeastern Wisconsin Inc. as fund development officer. Mortenson previously worked for the American Cancer Society where she served as premier events coordinator and manager of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Prior to that time, Mortenson served as executive and development director of the Mequon-Thiensville Education Foundation.

Publishing

Hal Leonard Corp., a music print publisher headquartered in Milwaukee, has appointed Joe Burzinski to the newly created position of vice president of digital enterprise solutions. Burzinski has served as the manager of systems design for the company since his hiring in 1998.

Real Estate

Opus Development Corp. has promoted Julie Ledger to vice president and general manager of the company’s Milwaukee office. She replaces Tom Kennedy, who recently resigned to pursue other opportunities. Ledger has been a project management professional in the Opus organization since 1996.

Irgens Development Partners LLC, Wauwatosa, has named Chase Gravengood a property management representative. Prior to joining Irgens, Gravengood was facility coordinator and assistant swim coach at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center as well as head coach of the Marquette High School swim team.

Staffing & Recruiting

Brookfield-based Elite Human Capital Group LLC has promoted Paul Kilp to chief executive officer of the company and Kate Weiland to vice president of the company. The company has also hired Gina Van Opens, senior IT recruiter; Karen Hamilton, engineering recruiter; Kimberley Zur, executive search recruiter; Pat Butler, senior engineering recruiter; and Suzy Ferris, senior IT recruiter to its staff.

Technology

MC Services, Pewaukee, has added Brett Brubaker and Nicholas Farnan to its team of filemaker developers.
