A six-bedroom home on the shores of Oconomowoc Lake has been sold for $6.7 million.
Located on Sawyer Road in the Village of Oconomowoc Lake the property sold to a private buyer before it was publicly listed.
According to Waukesha County’s online land records, the last owner of the property – prior to the May 24 sale – was the Karolyn A. Coleman 1992 Revocable Trust.
The 10,280-square-foot building sits on 7.61 acres. The property was last assessed in 2021 at $3.89 million.
