Wauwatosa-based Selzer-Ornst Company recently completed a new stand-alone PNC Bank branch bank at the Underwood Crossing development on Bluemound Road in Brookfield.

Brookfield-based Briohn Building Corp. was contracted to design and build a facility expansion for Alto-Shaam Inc. at W164 N9221 Water St., Menomonee Falls. Briohn recently completed design and construction work for a 10,000-square-foot warehouse addition for Noble Medical Inc. at N27 W23727 Paul Road, Pewaukee, and construction of a 4,300-square-foot building for First National Bank of Hartford at the corner of Highway 175 and Hubertus Road in Richfield.

Waukesha-based Gerald Nell Inc. was selected by Kwik Trip Inc. to install a compressed natural gas fueling facility at its store at 2400 S. Washburn Dt., Oshkosh.

Waukesha-based The Redmond Company recently started a 4,324-square-foot remodeling project for Sterling Chevrolet in Sterling, Ill. Later, Redmond will do a 5,718-square-foot remodeling to transform a neighboring facility into an ABRA Auto Body Shop.
