Argent, a workers compensation insurance division of West Bend Mutual Insurance Co., leased 8,288 square feet of space at RidgeView Office Center I, N16 W23217 Stone Ridge Dr., Waukesha, from RidgeView Office Center I LLC, a joint venture between Interstate Partners LLC and Towne Investments (the trade name under which Milwaukee-based Zilber Ltd. markets its commercial investment portfolio).
