A 36,545-square-foot office building at 11400 W. Lake Park Dr., located on the far northwest side of Milwaukee, was sold recently for $3.5 million, according to state records.
Michael Plainse of Carmel, Calif. bought the building from Westport, Conn.-based LSOP WI LLC.
The building has an assessed value of $3.7 million, according to city records.
Tenants in the building include the business offices of Horizon Home Care & Hospice.
