Fresenius USA Manufacturing, a subsidiary of German medical device manufacturer and health care company Fresenius Medical Care, will lease 83,000 square feet of space in the Enterprise Business Park in Sturtevant.
Ashley Capital, which is developing the business park, announced the deal. Fresenius will occupy space in Enterprise II, a 376,000-square-foot building at 10601 Enterprise Way. West Logistics and Andis Corp. also occupy space in the building and another 84,000 square feet remains available.
The company did not return a message seeking additional details about its Wisconsin operations or expected employment levels.
For the lease deal, Fresenius was represented by Travis Tiede and Barry Chavin of MLG Commercial. John Sharpe of Lee & Associates and Terry McMahon and Cody Ziegler of Cushman & Wakefield-Boerke Co represented Ashley Capital.
Ashley Capital has three more building sites in the business park and plans to begin construction on a 438,309-square-foot industrial building known as Building IV in the spring.
