What is your core philosophy for doing business?  “Always seek to do better.  I’m so proud of what our company has accomplished, especially our recent Top Milwaukee Workplaces award, but my biggest message to my employees is that we must pursue continued improvement in everything we do.  If we sat back and reveled in our accomplishments, we wouldn’t be where we are today – the largest importer, manufacturer and marketer of specialty cheeses in the United States.”
Who is your role model and why?  “My father.  He was my coach, teacher and mentor.”
What was the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?  “I’m a pretty outdoorsy guy, but I still managed to fall out of a boat while duck hunting…twice!”
