The law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Cristina Hernandez-Malaby has been named Latina Attorney of the Year by the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). Hernandez-Malaby is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation group, focusing on complex litigation involving publicly-traded companies and financial institutions around the country. She has extensive experience representing her clients in federal and state class actions, securities investigations and litigation and post-merger disputes. She earned her law degree from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Harvard-Radcliffe College.
