Breaking ground: Borger Building redevelopment

The historic Borger Building in Walker’s Point could soon feature new loft-style apartments and commercial space under redevelopment plans by its owner. Rob Chandler, who leads the investor group that owns the building at 235 S. Second St., said the renovated building will feature 12 apartment units. He’s also in talks with a potential restaurant
