Boucher plans Kia dealership in Menomonee Falls

Boucher Automotive Group plans to build a Kia dealership and a Quick Lane service center in Menomonee Falls.

Boucher has submitted plans to the village for a 22,321-square-foot Kia auto dealership building and a 25,022-square-foot Quick Lane building on a 7.7-acre site at N81 W12920 Leon Road. Quick Lane is a trademark of Ford Motor Company.

The site has been vacant since 2000 when an office building constructed in the early 1960s was torn down. The site faces U.S. Highway 41/45 and is adjacent to a Woodman’s grocery store.
Boucher plans to have 65 employees in the two building, according to plans submitted to the village.

The site is located just five miles west of the Boucher Kia dealership at 8730 N. 91st St at 91st and Brown Deer Road in Milwaukee. The future of that location is to be determined, said Boucher Group general counsel Dan Nienhuis.

“It’s subject to manufacturer input and approval,” he said. “At this point it’s very preliminary. I’m not exactly certain what Kiw will want to do with that store.”
