Steve Donovan

Executive Director for Partnerships and Workforce Innovation, Associate Vice Chancellor Steve Donovan is the inaugural Executive Director for Partnerships and Workforce Innovation at UW-Parkside, leading the center to connect academic programs with regional employers for workforce development. A two-time UW-Parkside alum with 30+ years in banking and business development, Donovan has strong ties to Southeastern Wisconsin. He’s held leadership roles with several local organizations and earned honors such as RAMAC Business Person of the Year and UW-Parkside Distinguished Alumni Award.
