Another apartment building planned near downtown

Dominion LLC plans to build a five-story, 20-unit apartment building on a vacant lot at 1509 N. Jackson St., just north of downtown Milwaukee. The proposed building is designed by Joel Agacki, co-founder of Striegel-Agacki Studio.

The project is one of several apartment developments that are planned, under construction, or recently completed in the area just north of downtown including Mandel Group’s North End, The Moderne, Wangard Companies’ 1910 on Water and Wangard’s Park East Square.
