Heather Terhune, a former “Top Chef” contestant and former chef of BDK Restaurant & Bar in San Francisco, will serve as executive chef for the new Tre Rivali restaurant, which is set to open in June at the new Kimpton Journeyman hotel in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
